SuryApps built the Gauge Checker app as a free application. This SERVICE is provided by SuryApps at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our Service.
The Gauge Checker app does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All calculations are performed locally on your device.
The app stores your calculation history and preferences (such as theme selection and favorite calculations) locally on your device using SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The app does not use any third-party services that collect information used to identify you. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking services integrated into the app.
All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device. This includes:
You can clear your calculation history at any time through the app's Settings screen. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data.
The Unit Converter feature allows you to copy calculation results to your device clipboard by tapping the "Copy" button. This is entirely user-initiated and the copied data stays on your device. The app does not read from your clipboard.
The app provides options to rate the app on the Google Play Store and to contact the developer via email. Tapping these options will open external applications (your browser or email client). No data is sent to our servers through these actions.
In the case of an error in the app, the operating system may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This is handled by the operating system, not by our app.
This app does not use cookies.
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting data from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
